1980sごろのトキオクマガイのスカート。
デザイナー本人がまだ現役だった頃の1着です。時代の陰に隠れてというかデザイナー本人があまりにも早く死去しただけに知名度は低いですがフランスを拠点に一時代を築いたレーベルです。メンズラインも悪くないですが本人が全面的に取り組んでいたウィメンズラインの方がより力強さを感じます。
繊維の組織図をそのまま拡大して落とし込んだようなデザインでよく見れば見る程あまりの工程の多さにびっくりします。
生地自体が重なり合ってるので重厚感がありますが全てのつなぎ目が縫い付けられていないので風通しはよさそうです。(裏地付き。)
若干の着用感はありますが特に気になるダメージはありません。
